The registration fee for new students is $20. This is a one-time fee (not yearly). Tuition for first and last month is due at registration. We accept cash or check. Rates for Classes Tuition is due on the first week of each month. A $10 late fee will be added after the 15th of each month and a $20 late fee after the 30th of the month. There are no refunds. There is a $25 charge for returned checks. Monthly tuition is for an average of 4 lessons per month. As there is no additional charge for months with 5 lessons, there is no reduction in tuition for lessons missed during scheduled holidays.

Fall Session Registration: As you probably know, classes fill up quickly. Please register in person at the studio on your designated day to hold a place in the desired classes. You may not register over the phone, but you may register by mail if payment is enclosed (indicate 1st, 2nd, 3rd choices in case classes are full). If you register by mail, we will enter your class choices on your designated registration day. We want to give our current students first choice of class times before new students register beginning July 20th. To register for classes, you will pay tuition for the first and last month (Aug. '11 & May '12). During the year, if you need to withdraw from class, your last months tuition will cover the 30-day withdrawal notice. Remember that when you register for a class, we are holding a place for you (and turning away others) so you are responsible for tuition until you give a written 30-day notice to the receptionist (not the teacher). During May, you will not have to pay tuition at a time when there will be other optional expenses, such as recital tickets, pictures, recital dvds, etc. No refunds for tuition. August tuition will be prorated. | ||||||||||||
